Raw material selection
The board materials of Sun Island sauna room are from the original forest of Canada, and are selected from imported Canadian hemlock, Canadian red fir and Canadian red cedar. These three kinds of wood grow in the extremely cold zone for hundreds of years. The wood density is extremely high, the texture is uniform and natural, and the texture is fine and straight. It is moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, high temperature resistant, non-deformable and easy to install. The sauna room made of it has a unique aesthetic of grandeur and simplicity. Canadian imported fir exudes a natural wood fragrance, which becomes stronger when it comes into contact with water. It has a natural phytoncide that refreshes the mind, has a mild fragrance, and has a comfortable smell. It has a good antibacterial and antiseptic effect.

Sun Island sauna room has a strict quality control system that runs through the three links of design, production and sales. We strive for excellence and polish each product with heart; we carve and polish it meticulously to ensure the durability and beauty of each product.
Each custom sauna room is handcrafted by at least 5 senior carpenters with more than 8 years of experience. From cutting and slicing to digital processing and overall installation, each piece of wood is repeatedly polished and polished by multiple people to strictly control the overall quality of each sauna room.
Sun Island Sauna Room has mastered advanced production technology and uses internationally advanced equipment, such as central vacuum system, high-speed horizontal optimization saw, multi-axis horizontal saw slicing machine, high-speed machining center, double-end milling, etc., to ensure that each production link is standardized, refined and digitalized.
